In 2020, everything broke.

I’d been sober for over 20 years. On paper, life looked solid. But inside? My body was in freefall.

Mystery viruses. Chronic inflammation. A joint replacement. Bones reattached. Multiple hospitalizations.
And then—my brain just stopped working.
I couldn’t think. Couldn’t focus. Couldn’t function.

By 2022, it came down to two choices: give up… or fight.

I chose the fight.
Or maybe—it chose me.

I cleaned out my gut and liver. Cleared viruses and bacterial overload. Rewired my brain and nervous system.
There wasn’t one magic protocol.
I found pieces, tested everything, and kept what actually worked.

And slowly—I came back online.

I built this for people like me.

Driven. High-functioning. Mentally fried.
Anxious. Foggy. Exhausted. Frozen.
